Lecturer in Fine Arts (Intermediate Drawing)

The Department of Fine Arts at Brandeis University seeks an instructor for FA13a, Intermediate Drawing, a four-credit course in Spring of 2025. This in-depth drawing course is intended for students seeking drawing experience beyond FA 3a Introduction to Drawing and for studio art majors. The class meets on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9:05am – 10:55am.

Candidates with Master of Fine Arts or equivalent and demonstrated teaching at the college or university level will be given preference. Interested individuals should submit a cover letter, CV, a draft course syllabus, and names and contact information for two references. The deadline for first consideration is October 15, 2024.

This appointment is to a position that is in a collective bargaining unit represented by SEIU Local 509.
