Job Description or Duties: 

The Department of Counseling and School Psychology is seeking a Tenure Track Associate/Assistant Professor for Spring 2025 or Fall 2025 semester. The Department of Counseling and School Psychology is seeking a Tenure Track Assistant/Associate Professor to teach Ed.S. level school psychology courses within a scientist-practitioner program model to include assessment, consultation, school-based intervention, research and supervise scholarly study projects. A commitment to research and the production of refereed publications as well as engagement in service at the department, college, university, and professional level is expected.

Required Qualifications: 

1) Earned doctorate or ABD from a NASP or NASP/APA accredited School Psychology program.

2) Practical experience in the school psychology field.

3) Eligible for NCSP and Nebraska Department of Education School Psychologist certification.

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant and successful graduate teaching experience; expertise and/or experience in MTSS Model implementation and school-based mental health service delivery; interest in the globalization of school psychology services, evidence of teaching and mentoring graduate student research activities; evidence of scholarly accomplishment; experience with distance learning and online course delivery methods; experience working with diverse student populations.
