IT Service Manager | $100k – $120k

We’re an established construction firm in Phoenix, AZ with a national presence. Currently, we are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to oversee the IT service operations including managing the help desk, incident management, and service requests. You will be responsible for ensuring the IT services are delivered efficiently and effectively to meet our business needs while managing stakeholder expectations.

 

This role reports to our Chief Information officer and there are 5 total members on the IT service team. This role is 100% on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of IT services including help desk, incident management, and service requests
  • Monitor and maintain hardware, Active Directory, Azure, and other IT infrastructure to ensure system availability and reliability
  • Lead migration projects to new platforms and technologies
  • Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system and ensure that all requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of software applications
  • Implement and maintain voice and phone solutions to support the business operations
  • Ensure the security and compliance of the IT infrastructure and applications
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of IT services
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports
  • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working as an IT Manager or in a similar role
  • HDI or SDI certification
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating system, hardware, and infrastructure technologies
  • Experience with Azure, migration, and automation
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office 365
  • Experience with Access and Identity management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • ITIL certification is a plus
