What You Will Be Doing
– Act as the point of contact for all IT and systems related concerns from employees and customers.
– Install and configure computer systems, equipment, and software applications.
– Maintain and support Company network and its hardware and software.
– Liaise between IT Infrastructure & Security and Operations for customer installations including planning, deployment, configuration/setup, and troubleshooting.
– Monitor and support issue ticketing system(s) and address issues/reported bugs in order of priority with clear and timely communication to all concerned parties, escalating to appropriate parties only as necessary in pursuit of issue resolution
What You Need for this Position
– 6+ years in delivering IT support and digital solutions with a focus on end-user experience
– Experience in a Team Lead role
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
– A sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and applications seen as a big plus
– *This role is Onsite in Houston, TX*
