IT Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage our company’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our systems to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage and prioritize IT projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and requirements. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management and systems administration.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with IT systems and infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and software applications.
  • Expertise in IT security, implementing measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, as well as virtualization technologies such as WMWARE.
  • Experience with SSRS and Sage 500 is a plus.
  • Experience with Linux is a plus.
