Job Description:
As the Director of Digital Marketing at Augmentjobs, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our business growth. You will oversee a team of digital marketing professionals, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Augmentjobs’ business goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure success, and provide actionable insights. Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all digital platforms.
- Innovation: Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative strategies to keep Augmentjobs ahead of the competition.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall company objectives and enhance customer engagement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial or director-level role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive innovative marketing campaigns and solutions.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
