Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead digital strategy for a well known family owned company! This role encompasses managing SEM, SEO, and their website, as well as developing marketing policies and strategies that drive online customer engagement and generate leads.

 

Responsibilities:

Lead the digital marketing team in exploring and evaluating new digital technologies, using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve display and search advertising performance.
Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at increasing service leads, enhancing online visibility, and identifying new digital marketing opportunities to drive traffic to our website.
Leverage SEO analytics and SEM techniques to boost website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Supervise the digital marketing agency to ensure SEM and SEO efforts align with our strategic objectives.
Collaborate closely with marketing managers and specialists to support the digital promotion of programs and events.
Analyze online performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Proficiency in WordPress, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
In-depth understanding of lead generation, conversion, and nurturing strategies.
A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of generating innovative solutions.

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Work Location: Onsite at Corporate Office in Orlando, FL
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)

 

Experience Required:

Digital Marketing: 5 years (Required)
WordPress: 3 years (Preferred)
