We seek a dynamic, self-motivated, results-driven Demand Gen Manager for our Lead Generation
and Sales Enablement programs. In this role, you will generate high-quality marketing leads and achieve our ambitious sales targets. If you think big, embrace a growth mindset, and are customer-

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
• Develop and implement lead generation and sales enablement programs to attract and win
potential new customers.
• Collaborate with presales and sales to create campaigns using various channels (email,
social media, content marketing, etc.).
• Maintain marketing touchpoints to continuously communicate with leads, nurturing their
relationship and moving them through the sales funnel.
Project Management
• Ensure work is delivered accurately on time, and within budget.
Manage day-to-day marketing functions
• Handle multiple projects concurrently
Collaboration and Communication
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met efficiently and
timely.
• Collaborate with product managers, and other stakeholders to demonstrate connected
thinking and increased product and industry knowledge.
• Develop and maintain relationships across departments, including sales, presales, and
subject matter experts.
Testing, Analysis, and Reporting
• Build Advanced Analytics, Research & Insights, Sales & Reporting, Digital Media & Global
Performance Reports
• Measure effectiveness and ROI, and adjust strategies as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation and sales enablement, preferably in the
technology consultancy / professional services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques.
Proficiency in Adobe, CRM HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
