Job Description

The Department of Biomedical Sciences, Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, Marshall University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor that will join our basic research addiction neuroscience cluster. Minimum requirements include a Ph.D., M.D., D.V.M., or equivalent degree, postdoctoral experience, and excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to complement current research areas within the Neurobiology and Addiction Research Cluster, develop and maintain an extramurally funded research program, teach medical students, participate in the interdisciplinary Biomedical Research graduate program, and contribute to the service activities of the department.
