Required skills (maximum of 6): “Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven Experience (3+ years) working with Applicant Tracking Systems implementations and Configuration SME
• 6-8 years of experience in product analysis or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex system problems to identify causes for shortfalls, user needs, and corollary factors
