Music Instructor Adjunct

Job Summary

The Humanities Division of Jefferson Community and Technical College has an opening to teach Music on the Carrollton campus in the Spring Semester 2025. This class requires face to face instruction.

Job Duties:

The primary responsibility of this position is to teach courses, maintain some office hours for mentoring and coaching students, success and retention activities, and utilization of a learning management system such as Blackboard for communication and feedback.

This class meets twice a week on the Carrollton campus.

No hybrid or online teaching options are available.

Please note that this is an adjunct pool. We will only contact applicants as needed for classes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Eighteen graduate hours in the teaching discipline and a Master’s degree, or a Master’s degree in the teaching discipline required.
