Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Operations Management, within the Operations and Analytics (OPAN) Area. We seek to make an appointment at the Assistant Professor level. Pending budget approval, the appointment would begin at the start of Fall 2025. Candidates should hold a Ph.D. from a business-related discipline, or expect to defend their dissertation by August 2025. We are seeking candidates with high potential or demonstrated ability to publish distinguished operations management research in top-tier research outlets and teaching excellence in operations management.

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position is $173,000 – $205,000, which represents the full range of anticipated compensation for this position. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
